Don’t know if you even need a trainer? Here is how I can help you. Don’t want to commit to a monthly package until you know that we can work well together, then here’s the package that allows us to become better acquainted and get you started!

 

Motivation!

Personal Training provides the necessary motivation to begin a workout program and stick to it. I provide energy and enthusiasm because I enjoy what I do! Motivation, when combined with a tailored exercise program could quite possibly be the key to your physical fitness success!

 

Consistency

How often do we break appointments with doctors, hair stylists or accountants? Probably not as often. How often do we miss a workout at the gym or at home, simply because something else came up, or we were not motivated to follow through? Probably more often than we care to admit. Consistency is extremely important, especially in the beginning, before your body begins to “crave” a workout. Appointments set with me; your Personal Trainer can help overcome this hurdle.

 

Efficiency

“I don’t have time to workout!” Not many of us do. Therefore, an efficient exercise program is as important as anything else. If a workout takes too long, you won’t stick to it, soon after I’ve left the picture.

 

Health and Safety

I will teach you how to use the equipment safely. A fitness evaluation will be done in order to better understand your overall physical fitness level and other possible health or safety concerns.

Fitness evaluation

involves gathering your health history information, exercise goals, exercise history and a fitness assessment of your current strengths including the following; testing your cardiovascular condition, muscle strength, muscle endurance and flexibility. A body composition (BMI), and measurements will be taken. Fitness Evaluation $50 

 

Customized one to one private personal training

includes warm up, strength training, flexibility and cardiovascular training that will be structured to your specific goals and needs. For clients new to exercise, a phase of basic strength training will be utilized to better prepare the body for more physical demands.

 

$30 per 30 min session

8 sessions $240

12 sessions $360

$50 per 50 min session

8 sessons $400

12 Sessions $600

Autobilled for 3 months

 

Home Workout Package

Don’t want to go to the gym? Package includes 2 resistance bands, 1 stability ball & workout designed to get you started in the comforts of your home - $100

 

Additional workouts can be purchased for
$50/session
.
