Fitness evaluation
involves gathering your health history information, exercise goals, exercise history and a fitness assessment of your current strengths including the following; testing your cardiovascular condition, muscle strength, muscle endurance and flexibility. A body composition (BMI), and measurements will be taken. Fitness Evaluation $50
Customized one to one private personal training
includes warm up, strength training, flexibility and cardiovascular training that will be structured to your specific goals and needs. For clients new to exercise, a phase of basic strength training will be utilized to better prepare the body for more physical demands.

Get Fit Boot Camp
workouts designed using your own body weight with minimal equipment doing such things as push ups, squats and jogging. Boot Camp locations, dates, and times can be found on our schedule page along with purchasing information.
Home Workout Package
Don’t want to go to the gym? Package includes 2 resistance bands, 1 door strap, 1 ankle band, 1 stability ball & workout designed to get you started in the comforts of your home - $100
Additional workouts can be purchased for
$50/session.

If there is ever a time in your life when looking your absolute best is most important, it is at your prom or wedding.
Training sessions at my facility or your home or office additional charges will apply.
