Get Fit "Boot" Camp was created to help you reach your health and fitness goals in a uniformed group training atmosphere that promotes safety, fun & camaraderie.
Get Fit "Boot" Camp is taught with a beginning and end date to make you be accountable to yourself. There is no makeup for a missed session and you are only cheating yourself if you don’t come.
During the first session you will perform fitness assessments and this creates a baseline to measure how well you will condition your body throughout the program. How else do you measure how well you are improving? Individual results may vary but you could lose pounds or inches, your clothes may fit better and you will feel energized. You will be motivated to exercise and have fun doing it, you may even meet some new friends that share & suffer through the process with you.
Everyone can participate in Get Fit “Boot” Camp because you work at your own fitness level. The workouts involve good old fashioned hard work utilizing your body weight, doing such things as push ups, lunges, squats, jogging and drills. This is PE class revisited. During weather permitting months classes will be offered outside so that involves heat and cold, be prepared, bring plenty of water and yoga mat.
My goal is to get you involved in your fitness and health by providing a safe, fun, efficient environment that challenges you beyond what you thought you were capable of. You supply the effort, I supply proper guidance & safety; the results will allow you to achieve the level of fitness you desire.
