I attended National Personal Training Institute and I am now a certified personal trainer. I have always worked closely with the public during my 25 years of customer service experience in law enforcement and I have learned a lot about people. Everyone is different and unique in their own respect and their exercise program should reflect that individuality. Their exercise program should be designed to meet and surpass their goals and take into consideration any special needs.
I love working with all populations and with my proper guidance, your sweat equity and dedication, your results will include increased energy, increased strength and endurance, and an improved lifestyle and fitness level.
I came up with the business name because it was a lifestyle and career change that was the Perfect Fit.
