I enjoy working with clients that are new to exercise or not comfortable with the gym atmosphere and offer training at your home, office or numerous sites within and surrounding Colorado Springs. I focus on teaching proper exercise technique and making sure your environment is safe, fun and enjoyable. My perfect client is one who is ready to make a lifestyle change and incorporate exercise into daily life. Once you commit you will feel energized and motivated to encourage family and friends to make a difference in their life too.
